These boundaries are intentional: Community is built for professionals who want an organized operational environment while continuing to manage payer and clinical processes directly.

Your first four active cases are included without a Community access charge.

Case-based pricing as your practice grows

Starting with the fifth active case, Community uses case-based monthly pricing. Pricing is calculated by active cases, not by the number of RBTs or other team members using the account.

An active case is any case active at any time during the applicable monthly measurement period. You will see the applicable billing information before enrollment.
